Worst sequel to this point

The weekest sequel of horus heresy I have read to this point. Half of the story just repeats the happenings of the previous book out of an view of a different protagonist. The rest of the book is more filler then anything else. The explanation, how Garro found to his believe in the Lectio Divinitatus, is not believable and it makes no scens to me. I also don’t understand why Euphrati Keeler is so important in this story line. Garro never comes to the idea, that Keeler is just an Psyker manipulating him and not a holy person.
There are definetly better novels of 40k available.
