s ist kalt. Bitterkalt. Was im tiefsten Winter natürlich völlig verständlich ist. Genauso natürlich konnte man es von Heff, dem Chef nicht erwarten, dass er mit dem hereinbrechenden Winter zum Jahresende rechnet. Dennoch fangen die Angestellten problemlos an zu kochen - aber vor Wut. Denn Heff denkt nicht im Traum daran, die Heizung anzuschalten. Es kommt zum Streik. Doch wer wird diesen Streik für sich entscheiden? Die chaotischen Angestellten oder der inkompetente Chef? Und was haben Nevrin Neida, das Waisenhaus und der Geist von Heffs Urahn damit zu tun? Nun, das weiss Heff selbst noch nicht so genau, aber langsam aber sicher verdichtet sich ein unerhörter Plan in seinem Kopf...
