About this listen

Years of struggle have left Zecia weakened in their war against the Kan'Tanu Cult.

Negotiating for peace is not an option when the System is in control. It can only be purchased through blood and steel. No one is spared from the winds of war.

Zac and his elite armies have been forced to the frontlines just as opportunity strikes. An ancient war fortress has risen from the dimensional depths.

Built by the Limitless Empire, it holds power and secrets far beyond what's seen on the desolate frontiers. Seizing it could be the key to changing the winds of war. Zac finds himself in the heart of the struggle.

No matter what, he won't let it fall into the Kan'Tanu's hands.

epic world building and development

love the main character and how powerful he is

hate the slow parts where he is unlocking new levels of his many powers.

many of those chapters could be skipped entirely and you don't miss a single second of actual storey telling.

more fighting and adventure please. less "and this is the 2 chapters describing how hard it always is for me to level up my abilities".

Re listened

After re listening a lot happens in this story. There was a glimpse of some old characters that I’d like to see more of the authors showing us just enough to know not to count them out of the story.
If you pay close attention you’ll enjoy this story a lot more

Zach's awesome abilities. and the lengthy core development sessions

Love how he makes his abilities work so well.
I disliked how often the book had Zach working on his core. the whole thing with the tribulation throne, then again with his core development, took a very long time. I understand these books are about this exact thing, I just feel that this time around, it was a bit overdone.
