Didn’t help my insomnia at all
I was attracted to this hypnosis session because of the length and the fact that I didn’t have to wake in the middle of the night to change the meditation. However, it seems to have too many gaps to be cohesive and has the opposite effect of a peaceful night. I wake when I think the meditation is finished only to have the narrator speak again. Not worth the price unfortunately.
