KATELYN TAYLOR CAN DO NO WRONG!
No because this was one of the best audiobooks I have ever listened to. 5 voice actors?! Are you kidding me?! What a delicious treat!
Liam - my sweet baby golden retriever, I love him and the love he has for Skyla. The first POV you see of him where he takes her drifting and makes her smile. Ugh I love him so much.
Ronan - god damn I love Daddy Ronan. From the minute I met him as Coach I knew he was going to be a DADDY!
Vincent - our broody, grumpy, completely unhinged, obsessed man. He was so perfect and made Skyla feel safe the whole time.
Asher - this man. This fucking man had me going from 🤬 to 🥺 to 😈 and then finishing with 🤬 again. The man gave me WHIPLASH!

It's my own fault for having expectations
I saw a snippet of this pop up on my Insta and I liked what I read, but within the first quarter of the book I started to realise this was not going to be what I hoped for. I am all for MMMMF stories and I like the concepts at play here but the Patriarchy society just had me feeling so ill. And the FL...she just lets it all happen to her. I want to feel like she has some sort of power or choice in it all but she just...keeps disappointing me. At several points in the story I wondered why she didn't try to go back to her Aunt, or seek help somewhere. OH and all that talk about surveillance and her being watched and reported on, I find it really, really hard to believe she's banging three dudes and it was never noticed. Just...weaksauce. I won't be reading the sequels. SA is not ok.
