About this listen
Julian Pollard never believed in love at first sight. That was until he met Malachi Keogh. Well, maybe it wasn’t love at first sight, but it sure was something.
Julian had forgotten how to live, how to be happy, and Malachi changed all that. Now, together for four years, Julian wants to give Malachi a Christmas he’ll never forget.
The only problem is, Christmas at a mail distribution center is the busiest time of the year. It just might take the whole team to make it happen.
Dearest Malachi Keogh is a short story.

Cute and heartwarming!
It’s an explosion of cuteness at the dead letter centre as Julian Pollard co-opts staff, friends, and family in an elaborate Christmas marriage proposal to his bubbly boyfriend / employee, Malachi Keogh. I cherished these guys in the first book, Dearest Milton James: Julian is quiet, warm, and self-assured, whereas Malachi is irrepressibly loud, fun, and unapologetically inappropriate. If you loved the first book, you’ll love this - I wouldn’t read this novella on its own. Here’s hoping we get the wedding and honeymoon cruise as a further volume🤞Aussie audio narrator Glen Lloyd narrates with joy and gusto, he really is a national treasure!

Not to be missed!
Note: You MUST read Dearest Milton James before reading this book.
This book is completely squee-worthy (totally a word) and I adored every page. Coming back to visit these unique and quirky characters is joyous and hilarious and the journey of a proposal is magical and beautiful.
I think I'll have to make this a regular read whenever I need a pick me up - smiles for days!
As usual, Glen Lloyd makes the book come to technicolour life in the audio version, his portrayal of Malachi is not to be missed!
