As the drug industry continues to grow, the shipping methods of these drugs also expands to huge container loads. Tonnes of opium, cocaine, fentanyl, and other deadly doses to satisfy the desires of those unfortunates who are in its clutches, but also attracting the attention of various crime gangs, because of the huge amounts of money involved.

Sarah Thompson, a Delta police constable, is horrified when her friend and Vancouver police detective is brazenly kidnapped by a major crime gang. Working with these detectives to free her friend and colleague, they learn of a massive shipment of drugs on its way to the container port in Delta. Two competing crime families know of this shipment, and are anxious to get their hands on some of the hundreds of millions of dollars involved.

Working with Vancouver Police, R.C.M.P and C.B.S.A., Sarah works with her colleagues to try to prevent an all-out crime war as one gang tries to steal from another.
