psychological information in abundance. some romance and good mission action
I enjoyed listening to this book but for different reasons to the previous jack be quick.
This book had minimal action throughout the story but it all came in a whirl near the end.
There was a lot of psychological information coming from the H to the h as they grappled with a dire situation.
There was a bit more romance and a tad of steam in this novel by Fiona. And I have to say Ms Quinn, you certainly wrote a crisis appearing at a most inopportune for the two main characters.
These plotlines, of late, are fairly simple. Based on missions that requires a heap of intel and some surprising failures that creates the action in amongst the chapters.
The grit and darkness is left out of most of these book series but instead, leaves impression and innuendo.
It makes for enjoyable listening.
I'm still a lynx and strike force series fan though.
The only drawback with audible, which I'm reluctant to say, is the change of narrators.
The lynx series had a narrator that gave voice accents to the strike force members, but with change comes accent difference. And unfortunately, I loved the voices of the characters given by the lynx series narrator.
Hoping gator will be southern.
