An ok story
The plot itself was ok. But I think the character DS Ava Merry came across less than convincing. Will I listen to another book, I don’t think so

A few twists and turns and overall a good read, a geat story to smuggle up with.

Very amateurish
I cannot believe that the plot holes, florid writing full of meanderings off subject, and really questionable police procedurals got through a competent editor. Thank goodness it was in the Plus catalogue
The reader managed extremely well with the accents.

I couldn't finish it
I usually love police procedurals but i just couldn't get past chapter 10, thank goodness it was free.
