slow
Half way through and struggling to keep focused on the book. Not very romantic and story development has been slow.

Excellent
I loved the story, the characters and the narration - which I thought exceptional (she truly brought each character to life).
This is not the typical Regency romance story. Cassy is a gutsy and somewhat naive young lady. Wyatt is proper but tenacious and adorable (IMHO). There’s good guys, stuck up women of the ton, dastardly villains and even some plot twists. There are some heated romantic moments but thankfully they’re not as cringy or overdone as other books for this genre are.
I listened to this audiobook for hours on end…driving, shopping, doing the dishes etc.. I just hung on wanting to know what happened next.
I highly recommend!
