Unbelievably difficult to listen to
I think the content is probably quite good but it’s so difficult to listen to as it sounds like a robot. I keep having to turn it off because I just can’t listen to it anymore. It’s a shame as I’m sure the actual book would make an interesting read.

Very powerful and personally relatable introduction
This first chapters of this book have helped highlight the many ways you can lose yourself falling victim to the manipulations of others, and how to be aware and intuitively avoid them. It also speaks of the importance of a fundamental foundation of peace and belonging in the home and with family. Great stuff so far.
