About this listen

Why do we suffer? Is there a purpose to our pain? Reflecting on his own journey from Esquire magazine editor-in-chief to Buddhist meditation teacher, Phillip Moffitt provides a fresh perspective on the Buddha's ancient wisdom, showing how to move from suffering to new awareness and unanticipated joy. With a strong message of self-empowerment, Dancing with Life offers a prescriptive path for finding joy and peace that will appeal to anyone searching for a more authentic life.

Wow! Absolutely packed with valuable insights

From beginning to end, this book is packed with many eloquent, potent insights.

If you are a seeker of truth, peace and spiritual connection, I highly recommend this timeless classic.

I had many, many moments of nodding my head and thinking "Yes! So well explained!"

Phil offers very deep yet simple and easy to digest explanations of some concepts that have taken me years to understand through independent practice and this makes it a great read for both beginner and advanced meditators and spiritual seekers.

If you have done a 10-day Vipassana course or are intending to attend one, the concepts within the book are very aligned with the course teachings.

Absolutely loved it and will definitely read again. Narration is also clear and engaging.

I rate this as a new favourite up there with books from Eckhart Tolle, Neale Donald Walsch, Michael Singer, Don Miguel Ruiz etc
