I was caught up very quickly by this story and stayed immersed in the world with these very intriguing characters, watching their narrative evolve. It really was captivating. The narrators did amazing jobs bringing it all to life. Looking forward to book 2!

What a lovely surprise. Such a unique tale. Intricate and detailed world creation, I love it when an author has the ability to really create the scene in my head! Twists and turns throughout the book. Some quirky banter. Really enjoyed this book!

It’s unique, sweet, funny and exciting.
I didn’t know where it was going but was very pleased with the outcome.
Once I started, I couldn’t put it down.

Story was a great change with just enough spice and twist and turns to keep you on the edge and hanging out to hear more. i LOVED this book so much, it's one i will be recommending to my friends. The narrators nailed it! And I don't think I have read a single book from JA Huss that has been a flop. It's the go to author I now look for when hunting for a new read, especially in series.
