Just couldn’t put it down
Almost better than the first book but they are both 5star reads. I will recommend this again and again. Couldn’t put it down :) fingers crossed they make a TV show!!!

It’s this weird desperation …

Clearly I hopped on the band wagon, drank the koolaid and succumbed to my need to fumble down the rabbit hole.
Whilst I'm still not sure if this is a love/hate relationship, what I do know is I am legitimately incapable of leaving the series alone.
Boy am I glad I took on the second instalment to this wild ride because Daisy Haites's world is one I thoroughly enjoyed. I always love the underworld and this was a very fun, very British, very posh dip into a world that intrigues me to no end.
Though the book took me through a myriad of emotions, frustration was not as prominent an emotion as it was in MP, I actually enjoyed Christian and Haites's journey, though not so much around the 70% mark, but other than that, I liked that they weren't in the MP fan club and how raw and rugged they were - kinda loved this one, though I'm not sure how I feel about myself about that ;)
