this is weird

i have enjoyed the story on a whole but there was some absolutely stupid things in this story. a HOA enforcing rules of no livestock. this wrecked the story for me. Also the passive nature of these characters. seriously the old say that goes the meek are meat and the strong do eat. so far this has been some weird vanilla fairytale.
