Crucial Convesations
Recommend this book, as a manager for a number of years, I wish I found this book a long time ago.
The content and examples has help me to have that difficult (Crucial Conversation).
The pace of the book is easy to understand and follow. Since listening to the book, I have successfully had a number of conversation, I have aligned them with the book. Wow it worked.
