It’s been a year since the events in Niagara Falls. Things have generally gotten better in the wasteland and civilization is starting to take hold along the rivers.
No one knows where the Librarian is, or if he’s alive, but there’s a man and a mastiff running passengers from Hannibal to Cairo that might have an idea as to what really happened.
Life is starting to return to normal along the river if you don’t count the pirates and the sea monsters. But all of that is about to change and the end of the world may never be the same again.

fantastic as always
once again Benjamin has provided us with an entertaining story! And the narrator is excellent! A very good listen, can't wait for the next installment!

Brilliant set up to continue the saga
As the story began it felt like a casual epilogue into the life of our favourite Librarian from the aftermath of his tumble from the Falls. As the story unfolded it quickly turned that assumption right around as it setup up a rather brilliant continuation to the saga.
Narrated, as always, with comedic timing perfection from Phil Thron.

Absolute Perfection
Benjamin's at his best here. Phil Thron is the perfect choice of voice actor for this series. I wish I could listen to this book for the first time again. The action is gripping, the humour is on point, the whole production is outstanding. I can't get enough.

love this series
such a great read you are wanting to get through it cause you are so invested in what is going to happen but you cry when you have finished due to Benjamin hasn't finished the next book.
