About this listen
The Battle of CrossFit versus the National Sports and Conditioning Association, American College of Sports Medicine, and Gatorade
This book touches on the fitness fad known as CrossFit. CrossFit has not entered its fading period yet, like many other fitness fads have. It may not be too far away for this company to eventually bottom, due to the many claims made by organizations who have been in the fitness industry since day one. Hear a couple claims made by the owner of CrossFit, Mr. Glassman himself, as well as companies thriving off the fitness industry. I approach this writing from a non-biased perspective, and use the Fair Use Act of the United States Congress to critique other's claims. I am a certified professional trainer by the National Federation of Professional Trainers (accredited by the NCAA), certificate number 45582.
