About this listen
She’s everything I don’t deserve.
But exactly what I need.
As the prez of the club, business always comes first.
Always has. Always will.
No one knows the pain I hide. The mistakes I’ve made. The loss and guilt.
Then she walks straight into the chaos of the MC.
This outlaw doesn’t deserve her.
She’s everything that’s good and kind - a great mom to her little boy.
Hell, she doesn’t deserve this.
I shouldn’t want her, should just leave her the hell alone.
But I can’t walk away.
Not this time.
I’ve made so many mistakes in my life, leaving her would be the biggest one yet.

well this was different
at last a voice worthy of Cross. I was hoping that this would not be as light as it was. cross had a lot of guilt and in all the earlier books seemed to be carrying a really big Burden , however the storyline was light on his guilt but was very well put together with twists and turns. there were a few holes that I found throughout the story especially an incident in chapter 16 which I won't say so as not to spoil. but it made me raise my eyebrows wondering where that idea came from. summer Morton was brilliant as moon I have listened to her before and she portrayed the perfect voice for her character. it started to get a bit soppy at the end but that's what HEA are about I guess. all-in-all nice ending to a series even though we have one more to go but I am guessing it will be a really frizzy read as the dust cover seems to suggest this. looking forward to hearing all the characters come together for a final farewell. I was going for the next book but then came the narrator...Alexander cendese...i avoid him at all costs..each to their own, but he ruined a gritty awesomw series by Helen hardt...a few books in and alexander became the narrator...oh my god his narrative is book destroying so never again....
