Titan was one of the nation's most loved and respected Heroes, until an infidelity scandal tore his image and family apart. After decades spent out of the limelight, Owen Daniels has decided to take up the mantle of Titan once again to try and make amends for his years away. Unfortunately, the Titan Scandal is still common knowledge, and no Hero team wants such a polarizing figure.
With no other options, Owen is forced to take a job overseeing a group of corpies, corporate-sponsored Supers who do rescue work...as long as there are cameras around. Between a team that doesn't want him, fellow Heroes who don't trust him, and a nation that might not be ready to forgive the sins of the past, the return of Titan could prove even harder than the scandal that drove him away. But Owen will have to push on, because his new city is far from a peaceful one.
A mysterious enemy is attacking Heroes and growing steadily stronger. An enemy that only the once-legendary Titan might be able to stop. If he can manage to stick around this time.

Amazing side story
After reading the super-powereds series I was very confused at the ending now after reading this it all makes sense and this story is amazing, the performance is good but some voices sound different at times and not to different but still not bad to make it hard to listen to.

Love it
After reading year 4 of super powereds I was really craving more super hero books and this hit the spot, well written, with unique relatable characters that are separate but not detached from the super powereds storyline. Now I only wish for some stories or comics like this for Vince and the rest of that squad from their hero adventures.

Titan’s life reboot
Great to have Titan’s journey from fallen hero to hero told in detail and a look into the other side of hero work, the clean up crew.

Great story!!!!
After listening to superpowereds year 1, 2 & 3, And loved them!!!! I decided that this one was worth a go, I was a little worried that there may be a particular agenda being pushed, and I don't like agendas being pushed on me, but because the other books were so good I decided to give it a go anyway.
I am pleased that there was no agenda pushed, the story is simply about Titan, and how he dealt with his decisions, both good and bad, it especially dealt with how he pieces his life back together.
I loved the book and can't fault it, I was sad when it ended.....
Also Kyle McCarley is a masterful story narrator, his voices are so consistent and his range is incredible. He is now among my three favourites.

Could be read standalone, but I recommend t read the books in order
Excellent follow on story from the super powereds series! It opens up this universe just a little more.
