Good information, reader a little patronizing

Comprehensive and helpful information covering a range of topics, reader sounded a bit patronizing the whole way through but I don't think this was intended!

Conversation Skills for Shy or socially anxious

Conversation Skills for Shy or socially anxious - wow. Amazing. Really.

As a shy / socially anxious person I often struggle on social situations (in my career and my normal everyday life).

This book gave me the tools, steps, methods and CONFIDENCE to go forward.

Everyday, I feel I am stronger and more confident.

It is an amazing feeling to finally be able to speak to anyone...about anything...anywhere. Something I never thought I would achieve.
