Best book I've read for a while

Too many platitudes

What did you like best about Contagious Optimism? What did you like least?

Not much

What was most disappointing about David Mezzapelle’s story?

There were occasional pearls but they were rare. Given that this is a work born of an America self obsessed and self absorbed in wealth creation, it struggles to step away from this core idea. And, for an avowed atheist, the references to religious practice are often toe ciurlingly awful. Sometimes very helpful, often vacuous and out dated.

What didn’t you like about David Kelly and Terri McMahon ’s performance?

I confess, I tired of the two perfumers endlessly sounding like themselves. This work would greatly have benefited from many more professional actors.

Was Contagious Optimism worth the listening time?

Barely.
