awesome read!!

great read for sufferers of complex ptsd. thank you for writing this! i believe many people would benefit from.reading this. awareness is power. i suggest providing examples of what a person with this condition can do to put into action strategies to do what you are suggesting... ie art therap... exposure therapy and the like... people qith this condition dont kniw what to do next...

Not Worth The Credit I Used

This is just a "20 things you can do NOW to resolve CPTSD".
And each of the "chapters" feels about as useful as those same listicles

nothing informative, too short no depth

really disappointed, too short and no depth. man's voice was awful and just seemed to grate on my nerves
