Essential read for strategy professionals

Well structured, relevant and thought provoking. Variety of cases provides useful context as do the references to traditional operating models and firms.

Not content just narrator

the narrator's voice is unbearable. couldn't finish through chapter one. wish there was a different narattor for this book
