Here I was thinking I was going to get a quick, steamy novella, but I forgot how much depth Kennedy adds in just a few chapters. The tension lit them all up within the first facetime call. The longing these two had for each other was palpable. I loved every minute of listening to this book.

OHHH I LOVE THIS!!!! Kennedy’s writing, even in a novella, provides all the feels - Touré and Niomi kept missing their chance to be together, but I love that when the opportunity finally presented itself, they both were steadfast in their choice to take it. The chemistry between them is insaneeee and I love a second chance romance so this was a hit for me!
