About this listen

Are you looking for natural and effective ways for body and mind healing? How often in your daily life do you have to deal with stress and anxiety?

If you find yourself worried too much, if you become stuck in irrational thoughts or even feel nausea, chest pain, and heart palpitations...then pay attention.

You can learn necessary and beneficial techniques to cope naturally with anxiety and many other problems by using CBT and stimulating your vagus nerve.

The vagus nerve is connected to all the main organs and their proper functioning; we readily conclude that any mental or body or spirit disability, sickness, or disease can be reversed or even cured by triggering and improving the vagus nerve. You can also have positive effects on conditions like anxiety, heart disease, depression, migraines, fibromyalgia, alcohol addiction, digestion, gut problems, memory problems, mood disorders, MS, and even cancer.

With cognitive behavioral therapy, we learn how to think about our behavior and in doing so help change the way we think about our thoughts and feelings, which can have such a strong grip on our outlook in life. Once you use cognitive behavioral therapy, you will have the tools to look for solutions that improve your state of mind in the present and for the long term. Cognitive behavioral therapy is now practiced all over the globe for a multifaceted purpose and is extensively researched.

You will find educational and interactive tools you will need to achieve your goals whatever they may be in the chapters of this audiobook that include:

  • "Anatomy and Functions and Malfunctions of Nervous System and Vagus Nerve"
  • "The Polyvagal Theory"
  • "Vagus Nerve, Trauma and Emotional Regulation"
  • "Vagus Nerve, Inflammation, Pain and Chronic Illness"
  • "Meditations, Massage, Yoga, Music and Breathing to Activate the Vagus Nerve"
  • "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Vagus Nerve"
  • "Mastering Emotions, How to Control Anger and Negative Emotions"
  • "Cognitive Biases"
  • "CBT and Anxiety, Fears and Depression"
  • And much more

Our greatest weapons against ill health and physical disorders ultimately lie in our understanding of how our body (and mind) functions and in what way we can improve natural mechanisms to make it even more effective in self-renewal and repair. It is for this reason that we have gone through the vagus nerve and its functions in the body as it relates to good health.

When it comes to managing issues such as anxiety and stress, there are a number of things that come to mind. However, the polyvagal theory that was expounded by Stephen Porges and CBT would turn out to be two of the best guides out there.

With great understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy and polyvagal theory, you will be able to apply them to your life efficiently and effectively. Consequently, understand the way your body and your mind operate and understand the systems that fuel them. This audiobook will thus focus on these theories and provide so many gems from which to choose.

Very informative

Great book with excellent information but the narration was hard to understand at times. Some words were accented in the wrong place which was quite distracting and almost sounded AI.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
