useful book - annoying narration

I bought this book after listening to several of Seth’s podcasts on Waking Up. Aeth provides useful, practical guides to recalibrate our thinking away from negative toward neutral and positive, to be more objective and less ego-focussed.

Overall a useful book. I wish it had been narrated by Seth himself. The narrator for this book sounds incredibly pompous and is difficult to listen to for extended periods. makes this audible book much less enjoyable than it could have otherwise been.
