CBT
I have actually done the course years ago and it was great then but sometimes a struggle to get out of the house and actually go, although clearly it was good for me. This time I’m doing it again but I listen to the book at night and am waking up with new objectives and a renewed knowledge of how to set things in motion again to set my life back on track with my emotions, feelings, and behaviour. It’s only been a week and I’m really happy with this book and where I’m going.

Narration is terrible
The narrator made it very hard for me to understand and listen to. I bought a hard book instead.

Skims over CBT, fills space with banal platitudes
The book quickly skims over CBT techniques, then fills the remainder with pop psych platitudes.
Strong, slow American accent - argghh...
