A lot had happened in Lissa's life since that strange incident in the New York subway years ago, most of which had been decidedly unpleasant, so a weekend getaway with her best friends to see a heavy metal show seemed to be just what she needed to escape.
She hadn't expected chaos, or to get almost squashed to death by a rather large crowd surfer. And death was right on point since she suddenly found herself back in a familiar coffee shop she had convinced herself had at one time been a delusion.
