examples hard to relate to
I found the overall content to be at a very basic level and not particularly helpful in providing specific guidance about co-parenting with a narcissist. I also found it hard to relate to many of the examples because they all had the setup of male narcissist with female victim. as I am a male victim, I found it hard to relate to.
the narrator is clear spoken, but has a gravelly voice like Leonard Nimoy, so it can come across as a little dry and unemotional at times.
