Critic Reviews

"The plot is fantastic and so original! Twists, turns, mysterious, haunting moments. It had my pulse facing, heart pounding tears rolling down my face and smiling with excitement.” (Dark Readers)

Disconcerting with 2 narrators

I love the book and the story, however the most annoying thing was the narrators saying “chapter 15” when it was not, and the changing from one narrator to the other mid chapter. Very disconcerting. Also, preferred the male narrator to the female.

2 narrators is annoying

Having 2 narrators is annoying. In books such as Eve of Man by Giovanna and Tom Fletcher it works really well as the book is written where each chapter is from either the female character or the male characters perspective. This book isn’t written that way and it’s quite messy having 2 narrators. Having a male and a female playing the same characters is silly. Ed westwick does it really well and should have been the sole narrator.
