تبدأ أحداث الرواية من مطار إسطنبول فتحملك في جولة مثيرة حول العالم حيث فضاء المغامرة الذى يطرقه البطل على خلفية قصة حب كلاسيكية تلهب المشاعر وتنقلك بسلاسة لتجد نفسكَ في خضم عالم الجاسوسية والمطاردات البوليسية المثيرة من خلال حبكة درامية تتلاقى فيها قصة الحب مع المطاردات المثيرة والمطارات الكثيرة، ضمن إطار سردي يبحر في الزمان والمكان، محلقاً في التاريخ والجغرافيا عابراً المدن والقرى والبلدات ضمن إطار أدب الرحلات، ثم ما تلبث أن تجد نفسك في سياق رحلة تأملية فلسفية وجودية بحثاً عن الذات الضائعة المشتتة في فيافي الوحدة وصحراء الحنين...

إنّها واحدة من الروايات التي لا تُنسى بسهولة.
