Poorly researched and mostly opinions
Contradicts itself at times. More commonsense and basic life skills than factual information. Most informative statements were followed up with "but this is yet to be proven". I stopped listening when the author listed "strength and muscle tone" as a requirement for driving. Well read in the Queen's English though.
