Publisher's Summary
Welcome back to Willoughby Close, with four new residents and happy endings to deliver....
Belinda "Lindy" Jamison has moved to the Cotswolds for a fresh start and to open a dancing school - her lifelong dream. Pushing 40 and still looking for Mr. Right, Lindy is determined to no longer wait for happiness but to reach for it with both hands. So she packs up her life and heads south to Wychwood-on-Lea to start up her school.
Soon Lindy has a motley crew of would-be dancers. But her most intriguing pupil is Roger Wentworth, a 40-something bachelor with a shy and awkward manner, but a heart of blazing gold. When Lindy decides to showcase her pupils in a Christmas show, Roger is deeply reluctant but finally agrees. Lindy longs to bring Roger out of his shell - but she didn’t expect to fall in love with him in the process.
Soon it is Roger teaching her how two lonely hearts might be able to embrace a second chance this Christmas...if they can just believe they’re both worthy of love.

Just Lovely!
Such a lovely story to enjoy over this Christmas season. I’m inspired to look at the other books in this series.

Christmas Stories Always Bring Smiles.
For many the festive season isn’t always perfect. So much sadness often clouds celebrations but once again the author brings her narrative together. The hero’s and heroine’s differ from others she has used in various novels. However, one thing seems to be a constant - Netflix! That is something I can’t identify with seeing a trial I was given had ended without my having even tuned into one episode! I might buck the trend but I thought that there would be many living in the UK who wouldn’t have access to this service, either by choice or lack of funds. This is not a criticism of the author who has served up many splendid audiobooks that I have listened to whilst attending to mundane chores. It’s just an observation from someone who last watched tv on NYE and it’s now almost Easter! But I will stop my observations here b/c I have more of this writer’s work queued up. Listeners, it is definitely worth downloading a copy for your enjoyment.

just didn't hold my attention
This was a DNF at about 70%. I simply didn't care about the outcome (I'm sure they get together). The characters felt very wooden (and not just because the MM was a bit autistic). There was insta attraction and I really can't understand why. I expected it to be a sweet Christmas-y read but it was just a flat, repetitive story.
