Real, relatable, honest, evidence based.

I found this book very relatable and real. The narrator is great and the book contains small jokes and pieces that everyone can relate to. It is a book written for ALL relationships.... not just heterosexual. I think reading this before getting into a relationship is a must. There are practical exercises that help you get inside your head and break down what it is you TRUKY want, not what you think you want or 'should' want. Loved it, and will listen to it again.
