Amazing narrator very easy to follow
Storyline/advices he gives are very relatable. Nothing seems impossible to adapt to your life. You can tell the author is a person just like anybody else, which makes it a good read. Glad I got to listen to this. Narrating skills are spot on too.

Short, sharp, useful
You’ll be able to derive about 2 pages of actionable notes to help improve your life and the life of those around you
I believe it worth your time to read/listen. The shorter length (~2.5 hours or less depending on how much you speed it up, I did 1.75x as his speaking pace is casual) lends itself well to repeated listens - recommend at least 2 full listens
