Bill Beswick is a storyteller who has 20 powerful life lessons to share from his work with his clients at the top of their fields to help us all overcome our fears, boost our performance and achieve success.
Leading sports and performance psychologist Bill Beswick sees sport as a story of human connection. To Bill. thank you
This book is an Absolute and full overview of every aspect of sports mental game. I’m a 6ft7 basketball player from Melbourne Australia who just recently turned 18. I’m new to the game yet playing semi pro and this book has helped me tremendously with guiding me on to a track where I know which aspects of my attitude and mental game I need to work on to become a truly A grade athlete. Thank you Bill Beswick for this amazing book please write another, although I think you covered so much I would not be surprised if there is not much more to say.
