Beautiful, gentle words.

so beautiful to listen to wise & gentle words. I'm struggling to get back to me after a breast cancer diagnosis, chemotherapy & surgery, plus thow Covid in the mix. I found this book a soothing balm to my fragile soul. Kate's wisdom & advice is about the small things & being mindful & trying not to forget who you are & what is it that brings meaning to your everyday life. Love, love, love this book. Beautifully read by Kate.

Highly recommended if you are ready to make real changes

There are so many books that claim to enable change but this is really worthwhile. Kate’s work is gentle, direct and clear and thoroughly researched. With accessible language and doable tasks she guides you through so many of the shadows and foibles that hold us back. Though subtle, the full effect is powerful. The final chapter tied it together movingly and left me with hope and clarity. I will read over this again and use its wisdom often.
