I loved this Audio Book which is presented as a workshop. Alison is so good at helping men and women understand why we each do what we do - whether it be family, work or love. It definitely changes my perspective on a lot of things.

Deeper understanding of myself and my husband

Everything I’ve learned from Alison has helped me understand and accept myself (what it means to be a woman) as well as men (especially my partner), which has not only freed me from sabotaging myself, but also my relationship. I don’t take offence anywhere near as much (if at all, which prevents arguments) set myself or my partner up for failure (unknowing), or feel that my relationship is stuck (or dislike men’s temperaments altogether). In fact, I see and experience more love and understanding, and know that my partner does, too. The biggest initial break through was that I was taking a very “psychological” approach to relationships and life, disregarding the BIOLOGICAL foundation and influence on life.
