About this listen
It’s the cooking contest of a lifetime. I just need to avoid falling for a hot alien chef.
To raise credits for the local creature shelter, I enter Interstellar Chef. If I win? I'm awarded the catering job of a lifetime and prize money I can donate to the shelter. It won’t be easy—contestants must prepare exquisite meals in dangerous alien locations, and fellow chefs have been known to attack the others. Some competitors don’t make it home alive.
All I have to do is avoid my stiffest competition, Thrombuka Nargoth, the brutishly handsome, golden-skinned alien who once left me stranded without my undies in a secluded hallway of a dive bar on Quazar 3.
Fraternization among the competitors is strictly forbidden, but the more I try to avoid Throm, the more I can’t resist him. Soon we're stealing kisses away from the prying eyes of the camera bots. If we're caught, we’ll get thrown off the show.
Fate has other plans, however, and soon, I don't know what I’m fighting for most—the prize money for the shelter or a future with Throm.
Catering to the Alien is book three in the Beastly Alien Boss series. Each features an Earth woman hired for an off-world job who meets a gruff alien who can’t resist falling for his fated mate.
Includes a Catering to the Alien bonus scene.

Very cute story. Really enjoyed it
This is different to the previous books in the serious where it it jumps straight into the story.
There was not much smut but the story was very cute. Some might find it boring but to me it's all about character building and telling the story and sometimes they can be a bit slow, though I didn't find it that slow.
Throm and Ren were very cute. And I enjoyed it. I especially liked the bonus epilogue and wished there was a bit extra seeing them in normal life.
In some ways I thought this book should be book 4 as Dekrin and Elise from Cultivating the Alien are introduced as who they will be catering for as the prize for their wedding. Yet cultivating the Alien is book 4 seems round the wrong way to me.
The narrators did a really good job.
Very much looking forward to book 4
