An activity with the resource, such as growing a plant in a glass jar, (Can You Make A Pillow Out of Glass?) is included. The back matter includes a glossary, read more, internet sites, and an index. While the titles may be misleading at first, it helps grab the attention of readers to learn how a material is made and used in our everyday lives.
