Factual, motivating, inspiring. Read well. 5 Stars
A wealth of important information is within this audiobook. What the reader / listener does with it, is even more important. To absorb all the information in this book, it may be necessary to relisten to or refer back to sections of it in the future, as needed.
I found this book factual, yet motivating and inspiring. Read very well by the Author, it is one of my all time best audible purchases. I love it.

Excellent book, learnt so much
Loved this book as it debunked a lot of misinformation fed to us by the weight loss industry. Going to try it as it makes sense. Really recommend to anyone struggling with weight loss with no results.

JUST WOW
Holy hell he has completely change the way I think about losing weight and eating healthy, he clears up a lot of misconceptions that have been placed on food and exercise. It's actually kinda mind-blowing. I can't recommend it more. Completely changed my whole mindset.

By far best "fitness" related book I've had
I've done shows, regimes, strict diets and everything else. Before Covid I was ripped, finally abs. 3 Years later with no gym and slacking off having that relaxed lifestyle, Im now round. The PDF found under "My Library" within Audible, has the most info I've ever seen accompanied with a book for fitness. Its bursting with information and tips and quick help; The book itself, the narration is perfect, easy and slow to understand. The explanations of everything is just brilliant. Inspiring whilst educational, I wish I had this during Covid, It may have helped me to do some actual home workouts and stay on top of everything instead of ontop of netflix. Brilliant book/pdf.

Fantastic
This book inverse me to make changes to my diet that resulted in improve physical appearance, mood and everything. And this is without making any other changes to my exercise or lifestyle.
I’d like to see an updated or different version of this book that comes with an app, or recommends to use apps for calculating the nutrients. I was using MyNetDiary which worked well, but I had to skip a lot of the unnecessary parts of the book, explaining how the calculations work.

Great Content, but Poor Narration
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I would recommend hard copy, but not Audio book.
Would you be willing to try another book from Tom Venuto? Why or why not?
Not Audiobook. The recording of the book is very weak, too many glitches, very very annoying. The voice and intonation very monotonic, it makes hard to listen for a long time. Actually, it was putting me to sleep all the time. I was struggling at the end to listen to it because of the voice. Charming voice, but I was missing real emotions, intonation, stressing the points and real story telling.
