Best book this year
This has been the best book I’ve read/listened to all year. Perfect timing to finish out the year strong and decide how 2024 is going look for me and my family - looking forward to living a non-anxious life!

Great book - very pragmatic advice
Really sensible inspiring book with a simple message. Anxiety isn’t a problem it’s the alarm bell that things are out of control.
take responsibility sort out the issue, and stop being distracted.

Fabulous, practical reading
Dr John’s down to earth advice and personal story makes this a really practical and informative book. This book will get you thinking about habits which you have normalized first years. I loved it and will be listening to it again shortly.
