Narration is very disappointing
I lived Coach The Person Not The Problem, and this book probably has potential to be similarly impactful, but fails to because of the narration. It is read with a constant up and down lilt and cadence to the tone that make it sound like an ad voiceover. It's clear the narrator isn't actually processing the words, because there's no tone or emphasis in the way there is in instances such as when it is author-performed. Its easy to start to tune out
