Great book!
This book certainly motivated me in a way no other book on this topic ever has over 20 years. Thank you Michael and Nancy. May God bless you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
On the narration,
Susan Hanfield’s voice is like listening to a trans Atlantic 1940’s movie, very interesting and soothing.

Focused on Anecdotes, Limited Useful Content
The drivers and management of food addiction isn't adequately addressed. That being said, the authors do a decent job of temporarily increasing the reader's motivation.
