MY SAVIOUR!!!
This is exactly what I needed to hear at this exact time!! And as measly as my mood is at the moment post- breakup even managed to get multiple laughs out of me. Zoe validates all my feelings and ensures me that better days are to come. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their life when you think you might be rock bottom and can’t see the forest for the trees ❤️

Best Break up book ever
Best you read this book whilst you are going through the break up. It’s an exhilarating journey through your break up at what seems like the worst time of your life and the author is so relatable, it’s like a huge big hug normalising and validating all your feelings and thoughts. I love the authors humour too.

Can you be my coach in life ZFB?! I purchased the BUB app earlier this year and have found the daily pep peps wonderfully helpful even 6 months post-break up. The BUB book takes it just that one step further though - the experience of the audiobook being narrated by Zoe enhances that feeling of empowerment and strength. I really really love your advice. It is honest, harsh (it needs to be), loving, kind, positive and delivered with a humour and familiarity that is missing from alot of dating/self-help/relationship books. It doesn't take itself too seriously, although the content is most serious. I truly feel I turned a corner in my healing and personal growth after reading, I mean listening to this book. Thank you!
