About this listen

Though Dark River sentinel Mercy is feeling the pressure to mate, she savagely resists when Riley Kincaid, a lieutenant from the Snow Dancer pack, tries to possess her. The problem is not simply that he pushes her buttons; the problem is that he's a wolf, she's a cat, and they're both used to being on top. But when a brilliant changeling researcher is kidnapped from Dark River territory, Mercy and Riley must work together to track the young man - before his shadowy captors decide he's no longer useful. Along the way, the two dominants may find that submitting to one another uncovers not just a deadly conspiracy but a passion so raw that it'll leave them both branded by fire....

Excellent

This is the story of DarkRiver sentinel Mercy, a cat and SnowDancer lieutenant Riley, a wolf who end up having to work together to solve issues effecting both packs. Along the way they just might discover that they have something truly amazing together if they can just trust each other enough to let go. I highly recommend this audio book it listens just how I imagined it when I read it.

Riley and Mercy

The story of Riely and Mercy is amazing. They are both amazing soldiers and so dedicated to their packs. Reading their love story was amazing.

I really loved the narrator, her style was perfect.

Great book...slightly off recording

I love this series and have read the physical books as well as started reading them again on audible. The only issue I found with this recording was that at one point in the first 15 chapters (I can’t remember exactly when it was) that the recording repeated itself and skipped a bit of the book and I only picked this up as I was reading the book along with the recording. Also I was a bit shocked to hear the recording state that if I wanted to continue that I had to put in the second disc...not sure why that happened but otherwise the book was amazingly done.

What story

A weak storyline and lack of development of characters make this the worst nalani Singh book I have read. In general these books are a guilty pleasure, a bit like junk food for the mind. This one has left me feeling like it’s time to improve my eating habits.
