Good...but I honestly got bored and so I started playing a game while listening. And now I'm just about ready to sleep.

Disappointing
You had me until 'I want to interpret dreams'. Lost all your credibility from that point on. Evidence based information please.

The only self help book you'll ever need to read.
Have read many self-help books over the years, however, this I would rate as one of the best ones. It's short however to the point. learning how to manage our Executive Functioning skills can assist everyone (especially those with ADHD) improve their life substantially. This is the type of book that you can read over and over again to really make the ideas in this book really stick with you. Highly recommend this for anyone with ADHD and/or poor Executive Functioning skills such as; impulse control, emotional regulation, & planning/organising. Great read, this book can and will change your life for the better.
