About this listen
Book 2 in the DI Westphall series.
The body of a young boy is discovered at the bottom of a well that has been sealed for 200 years.
Yet the corpse is only days old....
Soon, similarities from an old crime emerge, and DI Ben Westphall must look to the past to piece together the dark and twisted events taking place in the present.

Great
This is a terrific book if slightly black. I love the protagonist be able to speak to the dead. It’s slightly sad really.
On to the next.

Fascinating book!
Great detective novel, with a twist, combining the real crime fiction with bit of other-worldly fantasy.
The mystery keeps you guessing. The heritage aspect is fascinating and once more, the social aspects of crime hits home.
aA really good book that I could not put down!
