About this listen
He’s a beast in the spreadsheets and a boss in the bedsheets.
Mr. Santillian,
Despite the fact I'm currently living out of your guest room and sleeping with you most nights, I am writing to announce my resignation, effective two weeks from today.
In other words, I'll locate someone who is both obscenely overqualified and willing to devote their days to the handful of tasks you are able to wrench from your perfectionist, micromanaging grip. It may be difficult to find a Nobel laureate genius looking for basic filing work on such short notice, but I'll do my best.
Don't worry about your sister's wedding this weekend. I still plan to attend as your date, assuming you've finished hating me by then.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Zelda
Ms. Besh,
Resignation not accepted.
I'll see you at home.
Ash

Annoying female narrator but good storyline
Funny story and entertaining but Emma Wilders style of narration is off putting as she tends to sing her sentences instead of speaking them.

Loved it!
Kate Canterbary has definitely become an author I will automatically choose to purchase a new release from. Stories are always a little different to what you expect, but in a great way. I loved the main characters and the interactions with his family. Limited anyst. Great narrators! Definitely worth the credit!

Great listen
Another fun fast paced story by Kate. Excellent narration by both actors. A simple romantic story

Funny, sweet and sexy
I LOVED Boss in the Bedsheets. It was funny, sweet, and very sexy with just the right amount of drama. I love a good opposites attract story, and Ash and Zelda are like chalk and cheese, with Ash being the grumpy and very growly micromanaging accountant, and Zelda the more free spirited, go with the flow archaeologist who is going to change Ash's perfectly ordered life.
There was so much I loved about Ash, how grumpy and growly he was but he showed his sweet side very quickly with Zelda. Whenever he called Zelda 'love', so sweet! AND he's a bossy growly man in the bedroom. Meeting Ash was completely unexpected for Zelda. Prepared to start her life over in a new location, she was not prepared at all for Ash and the intense attraction that flared between them.
Some of my favourites scenes in this story involved Ash's just a little bit crazy family. They added plenty of humour to the storyline, with their determination to 'keep' Zelda, and also to involve her in Magnolia's wedding. My favourite family member would have to be Diana - Ash's mum was a real nut, but she made me smile so many times throughout this story. Great read, loved it.
I read this when it was first released, but once the audio became available I couldn't resist buying it as well - the 2 narrators are on my favy list, and they performed the characters perfectly.

Surprising and enjoyable
I took a chance on this based on male narrator and other reviews - glad I wasn't turned off by the title. it is a nice modern love story, covering some funny dialogue, well fleshed out characters, and a serious issue. while the romance was super quick to start, and somewhat unbelievable, I liked how it was presented as the force of an undeniable "cellular connection" - where their cells knew and gravitated towards each other, over powering intellect explaining why someone shouldn't be right for them. despite control issues at work, ash was lovely male lead, showing that a truly strong male will always seek and respect the desires and opinions of his partner (well, he struggled with work part, but got there). male narrator did a great job as usual...not so keen on female. don't think she does a bad job...does male well, but her tone isn't my cup of tea.

Worst book I have ever read
This book was so bad i have to admit I couldnt finish it. I think I got less than a quarter of the way in.
Extremely bad story line with no build up. The Characters literally meet on a plane one day and think they know each other inside out. And verbally say this to each other from the moment they meet.
So much monologue. Again literally explaining each and every thought in their mind, get to the story already.
I would have turned this down if I was the narrators. I would not want this associated with my name it was so badly written. Worst book I have ever attempted to read.

Disappointed
This is poorly written. There is no storyline or direction.. There was nothing exciting and was more or less them going to work, attending a wedding, eating an egg sandwich. I am disappointed
